About the Role : BlitzenX is actively hiring a Salesforce Industries (SFI) Insurance Developer, also known as a Salesforce Insurance Cloud Developer. We are looking for experienced Salesforce professionals with deep domain knowledge in the insurance sector and hands-on expertise in Salesforce Industries (formerly Vlocity), particularly using Omnistudio tools. You will be responsible for building, configuring, and deploying tailored Salesforce solutions that address the complex needs of insurance clients. This role demands close collaboration with business analysts and functional consultants to ensure optimal technical implementation and business value. Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement end-to-end Salesforce Industries (SFI) solutions for insurance clients. - Configure and develop with Salesforce Omnistudio tools including FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Business Rules Engine. - Develop dynamic document generation processes using DocGen. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. - Participate in solution design sessions and architecture reviews. - Troubleshoot and optimize existing implementations to ensure high performance and user satisfaction. Ideal Candidate Profile : - 6+ years of total Salesforce experience. - 2+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (SFI/Vlocity), specifically for the insurance domain. - 5+ years of experience in Sales and Service Cloud implementations. - Proficient in Omnistudio components: DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Business Rules Engine, and DocGen. - Proven track record in delivering complex projects in the insurance industry. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills, especially working alongside BA and functional teams. Nice to Have : - Salesforce certifications in Omnistudio Developer or Salesforce Industries Consultant. - Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools. - Knowledge of integration patterns between Salesforce and external insurance systems.
