Salesforce Developer

Job Description

• Min 4+ years of relevant experience in salesforce.com platform development • Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to understand business use case and interact with business stakeholders on regular basis • Experience in either end to end implementation of salesforce.com projects or prominent role in salesforce.com application developments / enhancements • Knowledge of agile development, sprints, backlog management with technical documentation of use cases in tools like or similar to JIRA • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, document and exercise root cause analysis, code refactoring and system optimization • Should have excellent knowledge on salesforce out of the box functionality and configuration • Should have excellent knowledge and hands on experience with apex customizations (Triggers, classes, test classes) • Should have knowledge on REST and SOAP API • Good to have knowledge on DevOps, Deployments and change management • Ability to support client / end users / stakeholders in production, manage unit testing and help in any user testing if applicable • Should have excellent knowledge in Sales and Service Cloud. Service Cloud feature knowledge with hands on experience is a must • Should have knowledge in Salesforce Lightning web components • Good understanding of SFDC SDLC, project
