Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and customize
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
solutions.
Manage
Lead, Opportunity, Pipeline, and Forecasting processes
in Sales Cloud.
Configure and optimize
Case Management, Knowledge, Service Console, and Omni-Channel
in Service Cloud.
Develop and maintain
Apex classes, Triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Integrations
.
Build and optimize
automation flows, validation rules, and approval processes
.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Ensure
data quality, migration, and security best practices
.
Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.

Required Skills:

4–5 years of hands-on experience in
Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud
.
Strong expertise in
Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL
.
Experience in
Sales and Service processes
: Lead-to-Cash, Case lifecycle, Service Console, CTI/Omni-Channel.
Good knowledge of
Flows, Process Builder, Assignment Rules, and Automation
.
Exposure to
API integrations and AppExchange solutions
.
Salesforce
Administrator or Platform Developer I Certification
(must have).

Preferred Skills:

Salesforce
Sales Cloud / Service Cloud Consultant Certification
.
Knowledge of
Einstein AI, Analytics, or Experience Cloud
.
Familiarity with
Agile/Scrum delivery
.
