Must Have: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field ServiceLightning (FSL), Certification, Marketing cloud, Pardot, CPQ, Community cloud BASIC OBJECTIVE As a Salesforce Sr.Engineer,you will take the Salesforce goals from vision to design to reality. You willwork together with both the business and IT to design the right solutions withinthe budget, timeline and unique organizational attributes. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Technical responsibilities - Experience with the Salesforce platform,including core Cloud products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Pardot,Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ and/or Field Service Lightning aredesired. - Experience designing and building customsolutions on the Force.com Platform, including custom objects, workflows,Process Builder and/or Flow. - Experience with designing and implementingcustom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming - Experience with object modeling in Salesforceand understanding of fundamental database concepts (including SOQL) - Background in application development usingtechnologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with integrating with theSalesforce platform (inbound/outbound) using the REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, orData Loader - Provide Salesforce.com solutions to meet clientneeds including design, configuration, and testing activities - Configure Salesforce related third-partyapplications - Provide consulting and coaching around bestpractices in Salesforce Administration and implementation in the followingareas: - Setting up new users and profiles - Custom objects, workflows, permissions - Reports, Dashboards and Views - Maintaining the overall Salesforce.com system,including data loads - Website-to-Salesforce integration - Assist with data migration from other systems - Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness ofSalesforce platform and application set - Design and develop APIs - Share insights into product, technology and markettrends Process responsibilities - Help teams develop use case products deliveringrapid and regular business value - Give support for business continuity ofdeliverables/analyses Participate in sessions with Salesforce.comcustomers and other team members to understand Business Requirements andBusiness Processes Analysis Document detailed business, functional technical requirements EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS - 4+ years of experience with the Salesforceplatform, including core Cloud products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud,Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ and/or Field Service Lightningare desired. - Experience designing and building customsolutions on the Force.com Platform, including custom objects, workflows,Process Builder and/or Flow. - Experience with designing and implementingcustom applications on the Salesforce platform using Apex programming - Experience with object modeling in Salesforceand understanding of fundamental database concepts (including SOQL) - Background in application development usingtechnologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Experience with integrating with the Salesforceplatform (inbound/outbound) using the REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or Data Loader - Provide Salesforce.com solutions to meet clientneeds including design, configuration, and testing activities - Configure Salesforce related third-partyapplications - Experience with Leading a team - Salesforce Certifications Mandatory PD 1PD 2 - Knowledge on Agile methodologies.
