  • Provide day-to-day

  • Provide

    technical specifications

    and maintain comprehensive documentation for

    system configurations

    business processes

  • Design, build, and deliver tailored

    Salesforce solutions

    , incorporating advanced

    MuleSoft integrations

    .
  • Follow and promote best practices, including

    security procedures

    and

    data handling guidelines

    .
  • Develop and integrate

    Salesforce systems

    to enhance efficiency in key areas of the business, particularly focusing on

    automotive workflows

    .
  • Provide coaching in

    Salesforce best practices

    to enhance

    user experience

    and

    system utility

    .
  • Utilize

    Salesforce automation

    to streamline internal processes, reducing redundancy and enhancing workflow efficiency.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to understand

    project requirements

    , facilitate

    process analysis

    sessions, and develop impactful

    technology solutions

    .
  • Identify

    project issues

    and

    risks

    , presenting viable alternatives to maintain

    system integrity

    and

    data security

    .

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3+ years

    of experience with

    technical implementations

    of customer projects within the

    Salesforce ecosystem

    , with at least

    1-2 full implementation lifecycles

    .
  • Advanced experience

    in

    Salesforce configurations

    and

    customizations

    .
  • Proven expertise in

    CRM process design

    and

    implementation

    , preferably within the

    automotive industry

    .
  • Experience with

    enterprise integration tools

    and

    ETL processes

    , specifically with

    MuleSoft integration

    .
  • Strong presentation

    and

    communication skills

    to effectively manage

    stakeholder expectations

    .

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

    in

    Computer Science

    ,

    Information Systems

    ,

    Business Administration

    , or a related field.
  • Experience with other

    Keyloop DMS

    and

    SAP

    .

Important Notes:

  • Must have implemented at least one

    latest DMS (Dealer Management System)

    with

    Salesforce

    .
  • MuleSoft implementation experience

    in at least one project.
  • Knowledge and implementation of ETL processes

    .
