Salesforce Developer- OmniStudio/Apex

We are searching for a dedicated Salesforce Developer with a strong background in OmniStudio, Apex, and LWC to create, enhance, and manage sophisticated Salesforce solutions. Your role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders, architects, and diverse teams to provide top-notch, scalable solutions that align with business requirements. As a Salesforce Developer, your responsibilities will include designing, coding, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows. You will also be tasked with configuring and customizing OmniStudio components such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, and DataRaptors to develop scalable, industry-specific solutions. Additionally, integrating Salesforce with external systems through REST/SOAP APIs, ensuring compliance with Salesforce best practices and security standards, and engaging in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming will be part of your routine. Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing existing solutions for performance and scalability, as well as collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs, are also key aspects of the role. To qualify for this position, you should possess 2-6 years of Salesforce development experience and hands-on expertise in OmniStudio, Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. A solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, integration, REST/SOAP integrations, and event-driven architectures is essential, along with familiarity with CI/CD tools, version control (Git), and Salesforce CLI. Desirable skills include Salesforce certifications (OmniStudio Developer, Platform Developer I, Industries CPQ Developer), experience with Energy & Utilities Cloud or other Salesforce Industry Clouds, and exposure to AWS CodeBuild or similar DevOps tools.
