Job Description

As a Salesforce Loyalty Program Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing loyalty programs using Salesforce Loyalty Cloud. This includes creating Tiers, Points Accrual, and Redemptions. Your role will involve developing dynamic and responsive user interfaces using LWC, Aura Components, and custom Apex logic. Moreover, you will be tasked with building workflows for Loyalty Member Management, Promotions, and Reward Configuration. Collaboration with marketing and digital strategy teams is crucial to personalize customer engagement journeys. Your duties will also entail writing reusable Apex classes, batch jobs, and triggers focusing on loyalty lifecycle logic, as well as integrating Salesforce with customer data platforms (CDPs) or external analytics engines to enhance loyalty segmentation. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement loyalty programs using Salesforce Loyalty Cloud - Create dynamic and responsive user interfaces with LWC, Aura Components, and custom Apex logic - Develop workflows for Loyalty Member Management, Promotions, and Reward Configuration - Collaborate with marketing and digital strategy teams to personalize customer engagement journeys - Write reusable Apex classes, batch jobs, and triggers focusing on loyalty lifecycle logic - Integrate Salesforce with customer data platforms (CDPs) or external analytics engines for enhanced loyalty segmentation Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of Salesforce experience with at least one full-cycle implementation of Loyalty Cloud - Expertise in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Object Model specific to Loyalty - Practical knowledge of Salesforce Loyalty components like Member profiles, Tiers, Accruals, Redemptions, and Promotions - Hands-on experience in integrating with marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketing Cloud, Interaction Studio) - Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD, and Git for structured deployments In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the role requires mandatory certifications in Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Loyalty Management Accredited Professional. Preferred certifications include Salesforce Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Service Cloud Consultant. Preferred attributes for this role include a proven track record of delivering loyalty solutions in sectors such as retail, travel, hospitality, or e-commerce. A strong understanding of performance monitoring and error-handling for loyalty program flows is also beneficial.,
