Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Development Lead with over 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the development efforts for Salesforce applications, customizations, and integrations. Your expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio will drive the implementation of best practices and methodologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. You should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Your role will involve testing Salesforce applications and integrations, along with managing a team of Developers. Your responsibilities will include having an expert level understanding of Salesforce functionalities, data model, and declarative configurations, as well as extensive experience in Cloud Platforms like Health Cloud and Service Cloud. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential to identify and troubleshoot issues effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. The skills required for this role include being a Certified Service Cloud/Health Cloud and Vlocity/OmniStudio Developer with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Health Cloud and Vlocity/OmniStudio development. Experience working in Agile Scrum delivery and using tools like Jira or ADO is preferred, along with strong communication skills to work directly with US clients. Salesforce certifications and accreditations required for this role include being a Salesforce Certified Developer and a Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Developer. The Salesforce Certified Developer certification provides a foundational understanding of the Salesforce platform, while the Salesforce Certified Omnistudio Developer certification focuses on the Salesforce Vlocity Integration platform. Nice to have certifications include the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, which focuses on designing and building custom applications on the Salesforce platform using declarative features. This certification can be beneficial for a QA Junior involved in testing customizations and applications. The mandatory skill set for this role includes expertise in Vlocity Omnistudio and Health Cloud, as well as holding Salesforce Developer Certification and Omnistudio Certification.
