Job Description

fresh graduates or entry-level professionals

Key Responsibilities:

Learn and assist in
Salesforce Administration
tasks such as user management, profiles, roles, page layouts, and data management.
Support in
Salesforce Development
activities like creating fields, workflows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and basic customizations.
Participate in the configuration of
Salesforce Clouds
(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) under guidance.
Work with the project team to gather requirements and document business processes.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and data quality checks.
Stay updated with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices.
Assist in creating training materials and user documentation.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in
Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
(fresh graduates can apply).
Basic knowledge of
CRM systems
and cloud computing concepts.
Good understanding of programming fundamentals (Apex/Java/C#/Python is a plus).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Willingness to learn and build a career in Salesforce.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

Salesforce Administrator / Platform App Builder Certification (or willingness to pursue).
Exposure to SQL, HTML, JavaScript, or any programming language.
Internship or academic project experience with Salesforce or CRM tools.
