Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in B2B and Service Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions to meet the business requirements of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and improve operational efficiency using Salesforce capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop custom solutions in Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

Implement and customize Salesforce Service Cloud for B2B processes, including case management, service automation, and customer self-service portals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs, middleware, or Salesforce Connect.

Optimize Salesforce workflows, process builder, and validation rules to enhance system performance and user experience.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in existing Salesforce applications.

Ensure the quality of deliverables through proper testing (unit, integration, and user acceptance testing).

Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, data models, and user guides.

Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with hands-on experience in B2B solutions and Service Cloud.

Proficient in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce Flow.

Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud features such as Case Management, Service Console, and Knowledge Base.

Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or similar middleware tools.

Solid understanding of Salesforce data security and sharing model.

Ability to create and manage Salesforce objects, fields, and relationships.

Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Gearset, Copado, or Salesforce DevOps Center.

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect are preferred.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Salesforce Communities/Experience Cloud for customer portals.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello.

Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ and Einstein Analytics (optional but desirable).

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
