Salesforce Developer

Role Summary

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' operations. This role demands a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.

• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, process builders, and other Salesforce components.

• Develop Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Components to enhance the functionality of Salesforce applications.

• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.

• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices, and recommend enhancements to existing processes. Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II.

• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Components.

• Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a track record of successful Salesforce implementations.

• Experience with large-scale Salesforce projects, including multi-org environments.

• Familiarity with Salesforce DX, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus. • Experience in industries such as retail, fashion, or luxury is advantageous
