About Position: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with a strong background in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Service Cloud and UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, proven expertise in migrating from Aura to LWC, and hold a valid Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD-1) certification. This role is critical in modernizing our Salesforce platform, enhancing user experience, and optimizing Service Cloud workflows to support business growth and customer success. Role: Salesforce Dev Lead Location: All PSL locations Experience: 7 to 12 years Job Type: Full Time Employment What You'll Do: Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using LWC, Apex, and other Salesforce technologies. Lead the migration of legacy Aura components to Lightning Web Components to improve performance and maintainability. Customize and configure Service Cloud functionalities including case management, service consoles, omni-channel, and knowledge bases. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create modern, intuitive, and responsive interfaces within Salesforce. Work with stakeholders, admins, and architects to gather and analyze business requirements. Ensure code quality through best practices, peer code reviews, and proper documentation. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs when needed. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery. Expertise You'll Bring: 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development. Strong proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura framework. Proven experience with Aura-to-LWC migration projects. Solid hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and experience building responsive front-end components. Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD-1) certification required. Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce Flows. Experience with source control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
