Salesforce Data Migration

You are a Salesforce Data Migration Consultant with strong hands-on experience in migrating data across Salesforce environments. Your main responsibilities will include: - Perform end-to-end data migration: extraction, cleansing, transformation, loading, and validation. - Work on Salesforce standard/custom objects, relationships, data mapping, and data quality checks. - Use tools such as Data Loader, Import Wizard, Workbench, Dataloader.io, or ETL tools (Informatica, MuleSoft, Talend, Jitterbit). - Prepare data mapping sheets, migration plans, test scripts, and cutover documentation. - Troubleshoot data issues, perform reconciliation, and support UAT and production deployments. - Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with Salesforce best practices. Skills Required: - Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model and data relationships. - Good SQL and Excel skills for data analysis and transformation. - Familiarity with REST/Bulk APIs (preferred). - Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Good to Have: - Salesforce Admin certification. - Experience with LDV (large data volumes) and industry-specific data models.
