As a Senior Salesforce Engineer with expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, your role will involve designing and constructing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will engage in both front-end and back-end development tasks, ensuring smooth data security, performance, and integrations. This position requires a combination of Salesforce development, administration, and close collaboration with business teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build and manage Salesforce Data Cloud solutions including Streams, Models, Transforms, Segments, and Insights. - Develop front-end solutions using technologies like LWC and Visualforce, as well as back-end solutions with Apex, APIs, and microservices. - Handle Salesforce admin tasks related to roles, permissions, and security settings. - Automate business processes by utilizing Flows, Process Builders, and Validation Rules. - Collaborate with product owners and architects to gather requirements and deliver appropriate solutions. - Define and implement testing strategies encompassing unit, integration, and regression testing. - Manage deployments efficiently using CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Bitbucket. - Ensure adherence to data governance and security standards. **Skills Required:** - Proficient in Salesforce development tools such as Apex, LWC, and Visualforce. - Hands-on experience working with Salesforce Data Cloud. - Solid understanding of data modeling principles and integrations. - Experience with APIs, both REST and SOAP. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and test-driven development. **Good to Have:** - Experience with data activation and segmentation techniques. - Knowledge of security and privacy best practices including encryption and anonymization. - Possession of relevant Salesforce certifications such as Developer, Data Cloud Consultant, or Admin. - Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field to qualify for this role.
