Job Description: As a Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer at Quess IT Staffing, you will play a pivotal role in developing meaningful reports, dashboards, and data preparation within Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics, EA, Tableau CRM, TCRM, Salesforce CRMA, Wave Analytics). Your contributions will support data-driven decision-making at all levels of the company. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum of 5 years" experience as a Salesforce CRM Analytics Developer. - Strong data analytical skills. - Hands-on experience in SAQLQuery writing. - Proficiency in developing Recipes, Dataflows, Lens, and Dashboards. - Expertise in data security, Security Predicate, Permission sets, Profile. - Experience in data integration: Integrate data from multiple sources into CRM analytics using data connectors and APIs. Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from databases, data warehouses, cloud services, and other sources to enable comprehensive analysis and reporting. - Performance optimization: Optimize the performance of CRM Analytics dashboards and datasets to ensure fast response times and efficient resource utilization. Identify and address performance bottlenecks, data processing issues, and dashboard design flaws. - Excellent communication skills, capable of crafting emails, leading white board discussions with customers, and delivering technical presentations. - Knowledge of the Salesforce platform, Lightning Pages, Data Modeling, SOQL. - Experience in Agile Scrum methodology. Good to have skills: - Experience with Einstein Discovery. - Proficiency in developing Tableau workbooks, Tableau Data Prep. - Management of Tableau Servers (Sites, Workbooks, Views, Users, Data Sources). - Good knowledge of SQL. - Experience or knowledge of Informatica.,
