Job Description

As an experienced candidate ready to join immediately, your role as a Salesforce CRM Analytics Consultant at UST will involve the following key responsibilities: - Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate analytical and reporting requirements into CRMA solutions. - Design, build, and maintain dataflows and recipes for accurate data ingestion from Salesforce and external systems. - Create, customize, and optimize interactive dashboards, lenses, and reports using CRMA tools and SAQL for actionable insights. - Develop predictive and prescriptive models leveraging Einstein Discovery and AI/ML. - Collaborate with integration teams to unify data from external systems into the CRMA platform. You must possess the following must-have skills: - 7+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM). - Ability to design and build dataflows, recipes, and dashboards. - Expertise in SAQL queries and handling large datasets. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills. - Experience in data integration from multiple sources. - Knowledge of Salesforce development concepts and best practices. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Additionally, it is good to have the following skills: - Exposure to Einstein Discovery or AI/ML predictive analytics. - Experience with Tableau or other BI tools. - Salesforce certifications in CRM Analytics or related areas. - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data integration.
