Job Title: Salesforce CPQ Developer Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer to drive the development of digital applications for global clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions while ensuring seamless integration with other platforms. Key Responsibilities: Lead technical delivery, providing continuous feedback on project plans and collaborating closely with technical teams and program managers. Coordinate with stakeholders, particularly functional and technical teams, to ensure smooth project execution. Review and co-own technical specifications, including architecture, integration plans, and development approaches. Analyze user stories and translate them into feasible solutions, leveraging out-of-the-box Salesforce features whenever possible. Manage development resources, provide technical specifications to developers, and oversee code reviews. Mentor junior team members in Salesforce technology, Force.com, integration technologies, and best practices . Ensure adherence to standard development practices , including reviewing code and enforcing best practices. Implement CI/CD pipelines and oversee release management. Utilize source control and continuous integration tools to maintain development efficiency. Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical challenges. Required Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech in a relevant field. Hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud . Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) ; Java knowledge is a plus. Expertise in developing applications on the Force.com platform . Proficiency in Lightning, LWC, Aura, and Apex coding , with experience in Lightning components. Experience with Apex Data Loader/Middleware technologies . Solid skills in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript . Experience in building SOAP and REST-enabled applications (Server-to-Server Web Services) . Familiarity with Salesforce APIs and integration with backend systems (Oracle EBS, SAP, etc.) . Strong programming abilities in JavaScript . Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ Specialist certifications are highly preferred.
