Salesforce Commerce cloud Business analyst

You are looking for a Senior eCommerce Business Analyst with 7-9 years of experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud to join a global eCommerce team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a successful track record in delivering end-to-end business analysis for medium to large-scale projects. As part of a dynamic Scrum team, you will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and implementing eCommerce solutions tailored for global markets. Your key responsibilities will include leading the development of a global omnichannel eCommerce solution, analyzing current and future business processes, translating business needs into detailed functional requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive process improvements. You will be involved in sprint planning, grooming, and review sessions, as well as evaluating and recommending functional solutions based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud capabilities. To be successful in this role, you should have 7-9 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You should possess strong analytical skills, a detail-oriented approach to business analysis, and the ability to present to diverse stakeholder groups. Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and experience in Agile/Scrum teams will be essential. The position is permanent, with a work location in Chennai/Bangalore and an immediate to 15 days notice period. The budget for the role is 15-18 LPA. The shift timing is from 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM IST.
