Role Summary:

Salesforce Commerce Cloud Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions (B2C/B2B).
• Develop and present proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate solution feasibility and value.
• Partner with the presales team to understand client requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver impactful client presentations.
• Translate business needs into technical architecture and integration strategies across Salesforce ecosystem and third-party systems (OMS, ERP, CRM, Payment Gateways, etc.).
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on estimations, proposals, RFPs, and solution roadmaps.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Commerce Cloud innovations, accelerators, and industry trends to enhance solution offerings.

Skill & Qualification:

• 9+ years of IT experience with 4+ years in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) architecture.
• Strong experience in presales, solutioning, and POC creation.
• Hands-on expertise in SFCC architecture, pipelines, controllers, ISML, and scripts.
• Knowledge of data modeling, integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), and performance optimization.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with CXOs, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
