Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases for Salesforce applications.
Perform functional, integration, and regression testing across Salesforce modules including Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, B2B, and Service Cloud.
Design and implement automation test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Provar, Katalon, AccelQ or similar.
Develop and execute manual test cases based on requirements.
Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand features and functionality.
Identify, document, and track bugs using issue tracking tools like Azure DevOps.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Ensure test environments are properly configured and data is prepared for testing.

Required Skills:

4+ years of QA experience, with at least 2 years in Salesforce testing.
Good experience in Salesforce products and understanding of various Salesforce clouds.
Strong experience in functional and integration testing.
Proficiency in automation tools such as Selenium, Provar, or Katalon.
Programming knowledge in Java, JavaScript, or Groovy.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
Experience in API testing using Postman or REST-assured.
Strong communication skills and a good team player.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
