Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals and technical requirements.
• Define

  data models

  , object relationships, and strategies for system integration with external platforms (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, event-driven architectures).
• Provide

  technical leadership and architectural governance

  across Salesforce development teams.
• Oversee and guide development in

  Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows

  , and

  SOQL/SOSL

  .
• Ensure

  security, compliance, and performance optimization

  across Salesforce environments.
• Lead platform-level integrations and API development across enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to deliver scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions.
• Implement and promote

  CI/CD best practices

  using modern DevOps tooling.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in

  Computer Science, Engineering

  , or a related technical field.

• 10+ years

  of hands-on Salesforce experience with a focus on architecture, development, and administration.
• In-depth knowledge of

  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

  , and

  Salesforce Platform

  .
• Expert-level skills in

  Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, Flows

  , and

  Salesforce integrations

  .
• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools

  , version control systems, and

  Agile methodologies

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, security architecture

  , and compliance standards.

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce Architect certifications

  (Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect).
• Hands-on experience with

  Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL)

  , or

  Einstein AI

  .
• Experience integrating with

  cloud platforms

  such as

  AWS, Azure

  , or

  Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  .
• Prior leadership on

  enterprise-scale Salesforce transformations
