Salesforce Architect Native Application (NA)

**Job Description** As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect, you will play a crucial role in providing architectural design governance, technical leadership, and customized solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to support critical business functions and meet project requirements. You will collaborate with various IT stakeholders across different business sectors to ensure successful implementation. **Key Responsibilities** - Collaborate with SFMC Business Analyst, Sector Product Owner, Sector IT, and Marketing teams to translate new requirements into best practice-led Salesforce Marketing Cloud technical designs. - Work closely with stakeholders to design and govern highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. - Develop detailed project plans and status reports to track progress effectively. - Address ambiguous problems, take ownership of finding solutions, and simplify complex problems. - Troubleshoot key implementation issues and drive them towards successful resolution. - Utilize deep business knowledge of SFMC to assist in estimating major new initiatives. - Provide oversight to the development team (up to 5 resources) to ensure the technical delivery of the product is sound. - Design and implement complex solutions in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Web Studio (cloud pages), Automation Studio, Journey Builder, etc. - Integrate with other systems using SSJS and APIs. - Contribute to SFMC CoE building activities by creating reference architectures, common patterns, data models, and re-usable assets. - Educate internal stakeholders about SFMC technology and its benefits. **Qualifications** - Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent. - 9-14+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years of experience in SFMC developer toolkit, including Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, Web Studio, Administration, etc. - Experience in developing customer-facing user interfaces with Lightning Components. - Active SFMC Developer Certification (SFMC Admin, Email Specialist, SFMC Developer, SFMC Consultant). - Proficiency in API Integrations using SSJS. - Agile delivery experience. - Self-motivated and creative.,
