Description
As a Salesforce Technical Architect/Technical Manager at EY, you will have the opportunity to utilize your 10+ years of total experience and 6+ years of relevant experience to contribute to the following responsibilities: - Engage in 100% hands-on exposure to develop and debug complex codes, and collaborate with the team through pair-programming for feature implementation and defect fixes. - Demonstrate flexibility in learning various technologies within the Salesforce ecosystem and exhibit a willingness to work on them. - Drive technical designs from inception to successful deployment, including activities such as design review, code reviews, ensuring code quality, and managing DevOps CI/CD processes. - Lead end-to-end offshore technical delivery, overseeing project status tracking, reporting, project scope, risk management, dependency management, and quality assurance. - Manage internal and external project communications with EY GDS Leadership, EY Global Member Firms/Affiliates, EY customers, and stakeholders across regions. - Develop strategies to address complex technical landscapes and challenges related to multi-vendor/multi-team execution, large-scale transformative solutions, and interfacing with different enterprise applications and multi-cloud technology stacks. - Utilize Agile project management practices for resource management, utilization, and mentorship of project teams encompassing developers, QA professionals, and deployment specialists. - Contribute to practice level initiatives such as innovations, hackathons, PoC/PoV development, conducting emerging technology trainings, and supporting GTM pre-sales activities. Certifications: - Salesforce Certified Application Architect OR System Architect [Good to have both] - Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II - Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud Knowledge and Skill Set: - Proficiency in Lightning/LWC & Apex, with a strong command over Apex, Lightning, and LWC. - Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Component (LWC), Apex Class, Apex Trigger, Async Apex, Apex Integration Services (REST/SOAP), and other related technologies. - Familiarity with Apex Design Patterns, Platform Events (PE), Change Data Capture (CDC), and Salesforce best practices. - Sound knowledge of SOQL for building relationship queries and fetching data efficiently. - Experience in solutioning, including creating complex solutions using Salesforce and AppExchange products, solution design activities, and client consultation on best practices. - Knowledge of DevOps practices, agile development methodologies, frontend technologies, performance optimization techniques, and security best practices for Salesforce apps.
