Salesforce Architect Data Cloud & Agentforce

As a Salesforce Architect specializing in Data Cloud & Agentforce at CloudFulcrum, your role will involve owning the design and implementation of data-centric and AI-enabled solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will primarily focus on Salesforce Data Cloud along with other Salesforce clouds such as Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing. This is a senior individual contributor role that requires deep hands-on experience and sufficient breadth to guide the design and review work from others. Key Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions utilizing Data Cloud as the unified data layer for customers, products, and interactions. - Define high-level architecture including objects, Data Cloud model, integrations, and activation patterns back into core Salesforce clouds. - Configure data streams and Data Model Objects (DMOs) from Salesforce and external sources. - Set up identity resolution, unification, and basic calculated insights. - Build segments and activations to create/update records in the relevant Salesforce clouds. - Implement and review configuration and automation including Flows, validation rules, page layouts, and record types. - Use Apex for complex or cross-cloud logic when necessary. - Collaborate on AI use cases where Agentforce, Einstein 1, or Prompt Builder consume Data Cloud as context. - Work with integration specialists to define clean Salesforce-side contracts and mappings. - Ensure designs are integration-friendly and promote best practices for data quality, security, performance, and maintainability. - Perform design and code reviews for Salesforce and Data Cloud changes. Core Skills & Experience: Must-Have: - 7+ years of overall Salesforce Development experience with senior engineer or solution-lead responsibilities. - Strong experience with at least one major Salesforce cloud and a solid understanding of others. - Practical experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, including setting up data streams & DMOs, configuring identity resolution & unification, and building segments. - Ability to collaborate with architects, product owners, and business SMEs to translate requirements into implementable designs. Nice-to-Have: - Experience with Agentforce, Einstein 1, or Prompt Builder. - Exposure to integration platforms like MuleSoft or consuming REST/streaming APIs from ERPs, data platforms, or marketing tools. - Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Data Cloud Consultant, Application Architect, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II.,
