Salesforce Architect

As a Salesforce Architect, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions. Your responsibilities will include designing and architecting solutions on the Salesforce platform, considering best practices, industry standards, and the organization's needs. You will provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them through the implementation of Salesforce solutions. Reviewing code and configuration to ensure adherence to best practices and design principles will be a crucial part of your role. Staying current with the latest Salesforce features and updates, you will leverage them to enhance existing solutions and act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture and design patterns. You will also design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Enforcing and promoting Salesforce development best practices and governance standards, you will ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations. Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications will be part of your routine tasks. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and administrators, you will deliver high-quality solutions. Working with key stakeholders, you will understand their needs and address any concerns effectively. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification is typically required. You should have proven experience as a Salesforce Architect, demonstrating a track record of successfully designing and implementing complex solutions. A strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices is essential. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other relevant Salesforce technologies is required. Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, and other protocols will be beneficial. Excellent communication and presentation skills are necessary to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
