Sales Trainer

Job Description

✅ Conduct product knowledge and refresher training for new and existing sales staff. ✅ Deliver engaging and impactful training sessions for new product launches. ✅ Design, develop, and implement training programs aligned with business goals. ✅ Conduct training needs analysis to identify performance gaps and areas of improvement. ✅ Organize and facilitate workshops, classroom training, and on-the-job learning. ✅ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics. ✅ Provide targeted coaching and support to under performing team members. ✅ Stay updated with industry trends, selling techniques, and product advancements. ✅ Manage promoter operations including hiring, training, and performance monitoring. ✅ Conduct regular market visits to assess field execution and gather feedback. ✅ Collaborate closely with sales managers to align training initiatives with business objectives. ✅ Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date training database and employee progress records.
