Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing sales team members. Provide in-depth product knowledge training to ensure the team fully understands features, benefits, and positioning of all company products and services. Train staff on effective sales strategies , including prospecting, pitching, objection handling, negotiation, and closing techniques. Conduct regular sales performance assessments and identify gaps in skills or knowledge. Collaborate with sales managers and team leads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly. Design and implement sales improvement plans to enhance team effectiveness and productivity. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, sales performance data, and ROI analysis. Create and maintain training materials such as manuals, presentations, sales scripts, and product guides. Stay updated on industry trends, sales innovations, and competitor offerings to keep training content relevant and impactful. Provide one-on-one coaching as needed to support individual development. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, Sales Coach, or Sales Representative with training responsibilities. Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer behavior. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and inspire sales teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure training effectiveness and adjust as needed. Proficiency in MS Office and presentation software; experience with LMS or e-learning platforms is a plus.
