Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced Sales Trainer with a proven background in digital marketing sales and a strong portfolio of successful sales campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training, mentoring, and monitoring our Business Development (BD) team and appointment setters to ensure they meet their metrics and targets.
Key Responsibilities:
β Develop and implement comprehensive sales training programs tailored to the digital marketing services industry.
β Train new and existing team members (BD and appointment setters) on effective sales techniques, pitch strategies, and lead handling.
β Monitor individual and team performance metrics regularly.
β Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve closing rates, communication skills, and handling objections.
β Track and analyze sales activities to identify areas for improvement.
β Ensure that sales targets and KPIs are consistently met.
β Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and incorporate relevant insights into training content.
β Collaborate with management to refine sales processes and strategies.
β Maintain detailed training records and performance reports.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
β Minimum 5+ years of experience in a digital marketing agency, with a strong portfolio of sales success.
β Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
β Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching sales teams.
β Deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.
β Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
β Strong analytical and motivational skills.
β Ability to develop customized training modules and deliver engaging sessions.
β Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
β Result-oriented with a proactive attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
β Prior experience in a sales training role within a digital marketing environment.
β Certifications or specialized training in sales methodologies.
β Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
