Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Export Sales Representative to join our team at our Noida location. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in export sales, with a strong understanding of international markets and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new export sales opportunities in domestic and international markets. Manage existing client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients. Coordinate with logistics , production , and finance teams to ensure timely delivery and compliance with export regulations. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maximize sales. Maintain accurate sales reports and documentation . Attend trade shows and business meetings as required. Skills: Excellent technical communication skills able to explain product specifications and applications clearly. Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional foreign languages is an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools such as Salesforce , Zoho , or SalesTown . Strong negotiation and contract management skills. Personal Traits: Willingness to travel internationally as required. Self-motivated , target-driven , and capable of working independently. Able to collaborate closely with production and design teams for customized solutions. Education & Technical Knowledge: Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Materials , or Industrial Engineering . Understanding of graphite , composites , machining , or high-temperature products is a strong plus . Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in export sales of technical/industrial products . Proven track record of developing new international markets . Familiarity with export documentation , Incoterms , and international trade compliance .
