Sales & Technical Support

The Sales Junior Technician will support the sales team by providing technical assistance, conducting product demonstrations, troubleshooting customer issues, and helping ensure successful deployment of battery solutions. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates with a technical background and interest in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team with technical product presentations and demonstrations.
• Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting to customers (pre- and post-sales).
• Help configure and test battery systems for client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, site visits, and product installations.
• Conduct site visits to assist in installations or product trials, as needed.
• Stay updated with product specifications, new releases, and industry trends.
• Support the preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and quotations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving minor technical concerns or escalating as necessary.
• Collaborate with the technical and R&D teams to relay field feedback.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical sales/support role (freshers can apply).
• Basic understanding of battery technologies (Lithium-ion, LiFePO4, etc.) is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for site visits, installations, and demos.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical tools.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
