* What Were Looking For:*

* 510+ years of experience in *rolling company operations* (production, maintenance, quality, purchasing, or sales).
* Technical expertise in *iron making, steel making, and rolling*.* Experience with *hot rolling mills, **pickling lines, **cold rolling mills, **annealing furnaces, **plating (hot-dip and electro-galvanizing)*.* Familiarity with *PCL, CGL, CAL*, and other rolling line technologies.* Strong understanding of the *end-to-end rolling process*.

* Preferred Background:*
Experience at JSW, TATA Steel, SAIL, AMNS or other top-tier Indian steel manufacturers.
