Sales Team Leader

Infinexa Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented Team Leader – Sales & Business Development to manage and motivate our growing sales team.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in sales, team management, and business development.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving team performance, achieving sales targets, mentoring Business Development Executives (BDEs), and ensuring consistent business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs).
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and ensure their achievement.
• Monitor team performance, productivity, lead conversion rates, and overall sales activities.
• Train, guide, and mentor team members to improve their sales and communication skills.
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
• Develop effective sales strategies to increase student enrollments and revenue.
• Handle escalated student inquiries and support the team in closing potential enrollments.
• Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue using CRM tools or Excel.
• Coordinate with management to achieve organizational goals.
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and target-oriented work environment.
• Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for management.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the EdTech industry.
• Prior team-handling or leadership experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive team performance.
• Experience in lead management, sales conversion, and customer relationship management.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
