- Lead and supervise Sales Managers and Sales Executives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop sales strategies and monitor team performance, leads and conversions.
- Guide the team in client handling, negotiations, site visits and deal closures.
- Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers and prospective clients.
- Review daily sales activities, follow-ups and booking status.
- Coordinate with the Sales Head regarding sales performance, business updates and challenges.
- Train, motivate and support the team to improve productivity and conversions.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
