Job Description

Universo Realtors is looking for an experienced Team Leader – Real Estate Sales to lead and manage a sales team in the Central Mumbai market. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, proven experience in real estate sales, and in-depth knowledge of the local property market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers to achieve sales targets.
Manage daily team performance, productivity, and target achievement.
Guide the team in handling company-generated digital leads.
Monitor lead follow-ups, client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Coach team members to improve sales conversions and overall performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and maintain sales reports.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system.

Candidate Requirements

4–8 years of overall experience in real estate sales.
Minimum 1.5–2 years of experience as a Team Leader in real estate sales.
Proven experience managing sales teams in Central Mumbai, particularly Mulund, Bhandup, Nahur, Kanjurmarg, Vikhroli, Powai, or Ghatkopar.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, coaching, and closing skills.
Ability to manage targets, improve team productivity, and drive revenue growth.

Work Location: Thane (Kolshet Road), with sales operations across Central Mumbai.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
