Sales Team Leader

Job Description

We are looking to hire two experienced Team Leaders for our Sales & Admissions Department at IMTS Noida. The ideal candidates will have a proven background in telesales or education counseling and a strong ability to lead a performance-driven team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 8–12 Admission Counselors. Drive daily lead-to-admission conversions and achieve sales targets. Monitor and evaluate daily call performance, follow-ups, and team productivity. Conduct regular call audits and provide coaching to address performance gaps. Ensure effective CRM usage, lead tracking, and follow-up discipline. Handle escalated student queries and ensure smooth admission closures. Submit daily/weekly reports and participate in leadership reviews. Maintain a motivating environment focused on high performance and accountability. Required Experience & Skills: 2–4 years of experience in a Team Leader or Supervisory role , preferably in Ed-Tech , or Tele-Sales . Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills. Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting. Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
