Roles and Responsibilities: As a Team Leader in Sales at Toyota, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the performance of your sales team. Your responsibilities may include: • Team Leadership: Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals. • Sales Strategy: Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. • Customer Engagement: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. • Performance Management: Monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics, providing feedback and coaching to team members, and implementing improvement plans as needed. • Training and Development: Conducting regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of your sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and techniques to succeed. • Market Analysis: Keeping abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities and drive competitive advantage. • Reporting: Preparing and presenting sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategies for improvement. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in sales management software and MS Office applications. • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
