Sales Support (Jewellery Industry)

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

Create and update order details in Excel.

Provide accurate order information to the back office for order creation in Gati software.

Coordination with Production:

Regularly coordinate with the production team to track order status and ensure timely updates.

Customer Communication:

Respond promptly to customer emails and queries.

Order Selection Updates:

Update the back office on the selection of pieces from the order.

Invoice Management:

Provide invoice details to the back office for invoice creation.

Dispatch Oversight:

Oversee the dispatch process to ensure orders are sent out accurately and on time.

Daily Record Maintenance:

Maintain a daily Excel sheet tracking all order updates and statuses.

Sales Visits:

Accompany the reporting manager on sales visits as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Good Knowledge in Gold and diamonds.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.

Working Hours: Full-time

Compensation: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
