Sales Support Executive

As a Senior Sales Executive (SSE) at our company, your primary responsibility will be obtaining and updating lists of individuals" contact details. You will be required to make phone calls to both active and potential clients to promote the purchase of our products. Your role will involve addressing any concerns, grievances, or feedback from clients promptly and documenting important details from each conversation. Key Responsibilities: - Place phone calls to potential clients based on enquiries received by the company. - Use a set of questions to understand and evaluate the leads effectively. - Provide information about our company and services to customers and persuade them to purchase our solar products. - Maintain accurate records of all leads contacted and assign potential leads to the sales team using the CRM module. Qualifications Required: - Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu are mandatory. - Knowledge of Marathi would be an advantage. - A minimum qualification of Any Graduation is required. - Willingness to travel as and when required.,
