Job Title: Sales Support Engineer Experience: 2-5 Years Location: Patparganj, New Delhi Industry: Lithium Battery / Automobile Role Summary: The Sales Support Engineer plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the sales and technical teams. They are responsible for preparing customized business proposals, offering pre-sales technical assistance, and ensuring client requirements are accurately translated into viable solutions. This role supports the sales team in closing deals by providing technical validation and documentation support. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to create customized business proposals and presentations. Understand client technical requirements and align solutions accordingly. Provide product demos, technical documentation, and technical support. Assist in preparing tenders, RFPs, and commercial proposals. Coordinate with engineering and product teams for solution feasibility. Respond to client queries and provide post-proposal technical clarification. Ideal Candidate Profile: Background in engineering (electrical/electronics preferred). 2–5 years of experience in technical sales support or applications engineering. Strong communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Knowledge of battery systems, EV components, or industrial electronics is a plus.
