Sales & Store Executive – Ladies Ethnic Wear

Chalti Fashions is hiring an experienced and responsible Sales & Store Executive to manage all aspects of a ladies ethnic wear store. The candidate should have prior experience in selling ethnic clothing, handling billing, customer service, parcel packing, and basic accounting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle walk-in and online customer sales (especially ladies suits & ethnic items)
• Provide styling suggestions and product knowledge confidently
• Perform billing using POS or software
• Pack and dispatch parcels for online/WhatsApp orders
• Maintain sales register, cashbook, and basic stock records
• Oversee daily store operations and assist in merchandising
• Ensure store cleanliness, display arrangement, and customer satisfaction
• Handle the store independently in the owner's absence

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in fashion retail or similar role
• Strong knowledge of ladies suits, ethnic materials, and matching
• Proficient in billing, sales handling, and basic store accounting
• Good communication skills (Hindi required; basic English preferred)
• Trustworthy, punctual, and well-organized

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
