Sales in clothing store Job Summary: We are looking for friendly and fashion-forward sales staff to join our clothing store team. You will be the face of the brand, assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring an exceptional shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage with customers in a warm, professional manner Assist customers in selecting clothing based on style, size, and preferences Maintain product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize store revenue Handle billing and operate the POS (Point of Sale) system Replenish stock and arrange merchandise on shelves or mannequins Ensure store cleanliness and organized displays Follow loss prevention procedures and store policies Handle exchanges or returns in accordance with company policy Support team members during promotions, events, and busy periods
