Sales Staff

As a Sales Associate at Lenskart Kadavanthra, your role involves welcoming and assisting walk-in customers at the store. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs and recommending suitable eyewear/optical products. Your key responsibilities will include: - Explaining product features, offers, and after-sales services to customers. - Coordinating eye testing for customers with in-store optometrists. - Maintaining and updating product displays for visual appeal. - Handling billing, cash/UPI transactions, and ensuring accuracy in sales entries. - Achieving monthly sales targets to contribute to overall store performance. - Providing excellent customer service to drive repeat business and ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintaining cleanliness and discipline within the store. - Supporting team members and participating in promotional activities. - Managing inventory, store operations, and adhering to SOPs & KPIs.
