Sales & Social Media Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and communicative female candidate to join our team as a Sales & Social Media Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on sales leads, responding to customer inquiries on social media, and supporting the sales team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow up with leads and potential customers over phone calls and messages.
• Respond to customer queries and product inquiries on platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Maintain and update customer databases and lead trackers.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely responses and follow-ups.
• Assist in preparing quotes and sharing product details with customers.
• Manage basic posting or updates on company social media pages (optional).
• Maintain professional communication with clients to build long-term relationships.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Punjabi, and English.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• TIME 10 AM TO 6PM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
