Main Responsibilities: Sales Responsibilities: • Visit schools and potential retail partners to demonstrate and promote Kushi Land board games. • Build strong relationships with school principals, children and their parents. • Generate leads and close deals through field visits, phone calls, and online inquiries. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain a record of daily sales activities and report to management. • Participate in events, exhibitions, and game demonstrations to boost awareness and sales. Social Media Responsibilities: • Create, manage, post engaging content and promoting video content on Kushi Land’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). Shoot product demos, unboxing videos, challenges, and fun clips highlighting gameplay. • Plan and run social media campaigns to promote new games, offers, and events. • Respond to customer comments, messages, and queries on social media. • Collaborate with influencers and content creators to increase reach. • Analyze performance metrics (views, followers, engagement, conversions) and suggest improvements. • Capture photos and videos of games, players, and promotional events for online use. Key Skills Required: • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Sales and negotiation ability. • Creative thinking for social media content. • Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools . • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube marketing. • Self-motivated and target-oriented. • Good teamwork and time management.
