Roles and responsibilities:
1. Answering calls and converting the leads into sales.
2. Managing the bookings on the software and updating the same regularly.
3. The role involves speaking directly 1 on 1 with the customers and understanding their needs and providing them with the best suitable options accordingly.
4. May involve banking work on occasional basis.
