Sales Representatives (Automotive Aftermarket Sales)

As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include appointing industrial retailers in industrial hubs across the state and associating them with respective dealers. You will be required to manage the performance of dealers and execute ATL/BTL marketing plans. Additionally, you will be responsible for on-ground demand generation from MSMEs and addressing customer complaints from small and large industries by coordinating with R&D for resolution. Meeting revenue targets and reaching out, onboarding, engaging, and managing an influencer network will also be part of your role. The work locations for this position include Surat, Gandhidham, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Ludhiana, and Vijayawada. The department/sub-function will be Industrial Aftermarket Sales in Surat, Gandhidham, and Kolkata, while it will be Automotive Aftermarket Sales in Hyderabad, Ghaziabad, Mumbai, Ludhiana, and Vijayawada. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 8 years of experience in sales and possess key skills such as knowledge of bearings, field sales, and automotive industry. The salary offered for this position ranges from 2 Lac to 6 Lac per annum. The industry focus for this role is Sales & Marketing/Business Development/Telecaller, and the minimum qualification required is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
