Sales Representative ( women ethnic wear )

Pranav Creations Pvt Ltd, a leading wholesaler of women's ethnic wear, is seeking a dynamic B2B

Sales Representative with experience in selling ladies' ethnic suits. The ideal candidate should be

able to handle multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced wholesale environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the requirements of customers and share product recommendations accordingly.
• Manage a portfolio of key corporate clients, establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
• Maintain a constant relationship with the client over WhatsApp and provide end-to-end sales
• services both digitally and in-person.
• Regularly share daily updates and images of the latest collections over WhatsApp.
• Manage and process customer orders promptly, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-ups.
• Handle multiple client inquiries and transactions at once, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and designs in ethnic wear to advise clients effectively.
• Drive growth and sales within these accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for decision-makers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring satisfaction.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the business and close deals.
• Handle client communication efficiently through WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.

Requirements:

• Customer facing role - must be highly professional and have a polite attitude.
• Must have 1+ years of experience in either distribution sales or fashion and apparel sales.
• Prior experience in fashion distribution sales will be preferred.
• Must have knowledge of fabrics and dress materials used in the Indian garment industry.
• Must have a very good typing speed over WhatsApp.
• Must be okay to sell products over video call.
• A good memory & prior experience in managing multiple customer relations is preferred.
• Must possess experience in using google sheets to maintain data.
