Webocto Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a full-service digital marketing and technology agency serving over 30+ clients across industries. We’re rapidly growing and looking for a Sales Executive to drive revenue through Recally (AI CRM Caller), Web Design, Digital Marketing, and our SaaS product Wabuddy. If you love consultative selling and helping businesses grow with smart digital solutions — we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify, qualify, and convert leads for Recally, website development, digital marketing, and Wabuddy subscription plans
  • Engage with business owners, startups, and SMEs to understand their pain points and pitch relevant solutions
  • Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, WhatsApp prospecting, and email marketing
  • Deliver compelling presentations, demos, and proposals customized to client needs
  • Collaborate with the internal strategy and technical teams for proposal preparation and execution
  • Maintain data of leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM systems
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales targets and report performance to leadership

What We’re Looking For:

  • 0–2 years of experience in B2B or tech sales (internship/freelance experience welcome)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing services, websites, and SaaS tools
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who can take ownership
  • Confidence in speaking to business owners and decision-makers
  • Time management and multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and online communication platforms

Nice to Have:

  • Previous experience in a digital agency or SaaS sales
  • Understanding of AI tools and automation in sales processes
  • Exposure to high-ticket sales or performance-based campaigns
  • Portfolio of successful client conversions or past sales campaigns

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
