Sales Representative - Team Leader

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves identifying potential customers, presenting products or services, and closing sales to meet revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers through cold calls, emails, and field visits.
• Present and demonstrate services to prospective clients.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business.
• Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Stay updated on Service knowledge and market trends.

Key Requirements

• Graduation is Needed.
• 2+ Years of sales(any sector) or BFSI experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Local Candidate hire first.
• Mus=t have own bile and valid driving license.
