Sales Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, your role will involve proactively engaging with customers in the assigned market. You will be responsible for taking and accurately recording customer orders through various channels such as in person, phone, or email. Understanding customer needs, providing relevant product information, and resolving any order-related issues will be crucial aspects of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to follow up on orders to ensure timely processing and delivery, while also maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities, keeping accurate records of customer interactions and orders, and staying updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions are key responsibilities that you will handle.
